Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel

The location of the hotel was excellent, located in a high-class area with a mall connected to it. It was also very close to the Roppongi metro station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and exceeded my expectations, even for a family of three. the staff provided really good service and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Metro, making it easy to navigate around the city. It is also situated next to Roppongi Hills shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and boutiques. Additionally, the hotel is on top of restaurants, offering guests a range of dining options right at their doorstep.

The gym facilities could use some improvement in terms of equipment variety.

This luxury hotel has exceeded my expectations and provided me with exclusive amenities that I needed. the service was exceptional, the spa was great , in-room breakfast was served promptly, the restaurant's menu offered special diet options, and there were private facilities that I could use. the location was ideal for my needs as this hotel was close to everything that I wanted to see and do.

The price of this hotel did not match its value and there were other options available. I can confidently say that the positives of this hotel outweighed this minor issue.

We were blown away by the perfect service at Grand Hyatt. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very good too make our stay nice. The concierge services were excellent, providing us with valuable information about Tokyo, making reservations, and giving clear directions.

Although we were disappointed that our room didn't have a view, it was still surprisingly quiet despite being close to the street. The room itself felt slightly outdated in terms of decor, but it was clean, spacious, and well laid out.

The view from some of the rooms may be obstructed by nearby office buildings, limiting the panoramic scenery that can be enjoyed from the windows.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It is conveniently situated on a main subway line, making it easy to access many of the sights I wanted to visit in this city. it is on top of a subway station that is just three stops away from the central Ginza district. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the facilities provided were great.
